SEES supports Renewable Energy site and plant operators

The project "Smart Energy Ecosystem Suite" (SEES) explores, given the high uncertainty of the operation of wind power plants after the abolishment of the EEG feed-in tariff from 2021, how CRM processes, cooperative value creation approaches in local ecosystems as well as user-oriented solutions for an open cloud-based Smart Energy Ecosystem platform can be used and integrated by plant operators. The two-year research project is funded by the European Union and the Free State of Saxony.

The objective of the project is to develop a software suite with AI tools for forecasting and optimisation procedures as well as smart services for the automated control of business processes that contribute to the added value realisation of decentralised generation plants in the ecosystem. During the project, the developments will be regularly demonstrated, evaluated and validated in an areal display window.
